Amid a period of rapid growth for the personal injury firm, Arnold Thomas & Becker has promoted 11 lawyers and 12 support staff.

In recent months, the firm’s numbers have exceeded 200, and it has opened new offices in Sunbury and Traralgon and plans for more.

Managing director Lee Flanagan said the promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to growing its practice across Victoria.

“We are also pleased to see positive growth across the firm in terms of new clients and revenue, as well as achieving several landmark legal outcomes,” Flanagan said.

“These outstanding results are a reflection of the hard work, expertise and dedication of all our people. The results we’ve achieved in the past 12 months continue the strong momentum of growth that we’ve experienced in recent years.”

Among the lawyer promotions are new senior associates Georgia Sneddon, Sharlene Mehta, Shalyn Mathew and Maxine Radwan.

Madeline Macriyiannis, Kristen Wright, Cheyann De Jong, and Cameron Doig were promoted to associates.

Arnold Thomas & Becker also promoted Emma Curtain to trainee law clerk, Emily Van to legal trainee, and Kiera Burggraaf to law clerk.

For support staff promotions, Maria Correa, Katie Baker, Ebony Cooper and Danielle Turchetti were elevated to senior legal assistants.

The new legal assistants are Jessica Goodwin, Jeshma Mooniapah, Miranda Trewin, Brayden Williams, and Alanah Chirichiello.

Tess Minuz, Alice Soison, and Sue Cheluvaiah were promoted to junior legal assistants.

Flanagan said the promotions reflect the continued growth of the firm’s people and its commitment “to recognising effort, contribution and potential at all levels in the firm”.

“I’m delighted to see so many team members progressing in their careers,” Flanagan said.
